320,000 sqm area at the crossroads of Italy and Europe.
The area in question is next to the SS 13 “Pontebbana”, “Cadore-Mare”, the main thoroughfare connecting the north of the Treviso province with the provincial capital. At about 400 m is the “Conegliano” exit of the A27 “Venezia-Belluno” motorway, a factor that places San Vendemiano, in the middle between the two main poles of attraction in the North-east: the Venetian lagoon and the Dolomites. From the Conegliano motorway junction, the A28 (Conegliano – Pordenone – Portogruaro) can be accessed, which connects the provinces of Treviso, Pordenone and Venice. It is therefore in a central position with respect to the most important productive regions of Northern Italy and to historically interconnected countries such asAustria and Slovenia. A further strength from the point of view of road networks, will be the soon to be constructed Strada Pedemontana Veneta , which will connect the north of the Treviso province with the Vicenza production area. Therefore, a greatly significant location for the production sector as well as for the tourist one – in addition to important connections to high traffic road networks, the site is set in one of the most important economic areas in the North-East.
